He said there weren't--that all the issues would be in the posting. We loaded up the kids and drove 45 minutes. When we got there, we immediately found out that none of the doors open on the car except the driver door. It was a giant waste of time when I specifically asked to be told of issues before we went. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency or the laziness--whichever was to blame for this experience."

We were given all the details about it drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to see it just to be told it wasn't there because it didn't pass inspection. I asked why we weren't told this. Two African American male sales representatives (no name tags. No names given) just simply said "Oh the main office people have no idea what we have here. They just look at our website." When confronted by me they just shrugged and said "sorry. You should just take that money and buy a 2017." What??? Classic bait and switch BS! If you have to lure people to your dealership there's a real business problem. Non existent customer service. They don't know how to do their jobs. They do not update their inventory. No communication between the appointment representatives and the dealership. They lie to get you down there. If you see the name "Fenton" STAY AWAY. Lost my time and my gas but I dodged a bullet by not getting a car from this dump. I don't want an apology I want honesty! Judging by the past reviews you must know by now that this branch is a joke and the owners need to hire people who know what they are doing."
