Very shady dealership, mileage was not accurate, truck wasn't what it looked like online. Check engine came on the next day and wouldn't help fix vehicle

This organization was very shady. The price started in $5,000 in first add, when going to see the vehicle it was $8,999. Got called The B word when questioned missing fuses, battery was dead, dents in front top panel. There was no water in it and when I took it for a test drive, smelt oil burning. Now it’s for $9,000, not a good business

Clean lot sales person told me the vehical was there but when I got there it wasn't but he did offer another vehical same kind but more expensive. But he was nice and consider on what I was looking for

Car was not what the picture stated. I drove 45 minutes to look at a Ford Edge. The inside was raggedy and the price was 500 more than advertised

The cars are not clean on the inside. The pictures do not show minor cosmetic damage. They are also not willing to negotiate.

Though the salesman was very courteous and helpful and was willing to go above and beyond to make the sale, my son and I had to go to see other vehicles on our list. As for the vehicle, no doubt that it drove well and the engine was clean inside and out, the overall appearance of the vehicle showed some minor issues and definitely items to be fixed/repaired/replaced, but itbwqs and is a solid vehicle.

The car wasn’t in the best condition for it to be a 2016. I didn’t expect for it to run hot within 10 miles of leaving my home. I called the dealer to complain and he took it upon himself to come and replace the spark plugs and wires. He may have only did that because I still owed him $900 bucks, But for that I gave him 3 stars. My advice would be to bring someone mechanically skilled or knowledgeable about cars before you pay $6000 cash for something you can’t return.

They were super nice. I ended up not buying from them, but I probably would if they had the right car for the right price.

Nice dealer. They didnt have the car prepped that I was looking at which is a bummer so be prepared. they did agree to work on the things I saw that other dealers would have done to prep.

Blaiz was really nice but before I spoke to her I was told that the automobile I wanted was gone which was not the cae, I really do not wish to come back to WORLD Toyota, I was brushed off by Carlos Paguada he told me this vehicle wasn't available and he had another one I still don't have the paperwork he was gonna send to me by email and the Guy Eric Guneysu wasn't very helpful either.
