Used 2004 Toyota Matrix XR for Sale near Chicago, IL

I really like my 04 matrix which we purchased used. It is a nice family car. It really has a lot of power for such a small engine. I think the turning radius is pretty bad, small inconveniences like some of the storage bins fall open often and the engine light comes on for ridiculous reasons like the gas cap not being tight enough. Otherwise I love it.

Thoroughly enjoyed this car. Regular maintenance resulted in reliability and cost savings at the end of the day. Had absolutely no major mechanical or engine problems. Car has performed in an excellent and dependable manner. We regret having to part with it due to our need for a larger sedan to accommodate our three young grandchildren.

Basic car that I paid 4,800 for and it has been very reliable. It has decent power, good gas mileage and low maintance costs. Peformance wise, its not bad for a little hatchback, it handles well, good brakes, and again, descent power out of a 1.8L. Interior is comfortable, exterior just minor hail damage. I pay about $40 of gas for 500Km which lasts me about two weeks due to school, work and hanging with friends.

really good car very reliable too.. awesome on gas .. very roomy .. not alot of maintenance needed . oil change reg .. stock system sounds great going to put a system in it . handles good . but i was wondering lol what does the xr mean on the name lol ...

fast acceleration, great sound system, sporty interior, super sexy grill and sleek black finish. oh ya! I get at least sometimes more than 300 miles to a tank. It's very fun to drive. Its a car that gets attention. Lots of room for travel or relocating
