Performance: Acceleration distinctly average but as it only has 170bhp, although, midrange acceleration is better than average. 6/10. Braking and Handling are good and makes up for the other. Build Quality : Very good and what more do you expect from a BMW. Appearance: Beautiful, Facelift model, has all the extra tweaks you would expect also M-Sports Pack. Inside, all leather interior. Plus self installed Alpine touch screen, Nav/DVD/TV system. Cost of ownership: Over £60 for a full tank of petrol. Services were averagely priced so far. Value, good value for money.

Always starts first time and gets over 60mpg on a long run. Not bad peformance for a Diesel either, also handles a bit better with the new, wider alloys. Can't fault BMW build quality or reliability. Feels sporty to drive.

Weak engine to some extent, cost a fortune to maintain

Electronics are a little bit buggy. Expensive to fix if something does goes wrong with it. Has oomph when needed. Comfortable interior and easy to sit in traffic with. overall it a good car which i would recommend to others.

The best ever car i've owned and would have another but would have estate and easy to maintain and service and wish it was a hatchback and wish I bought one years ago I love itand fun to drive and good acceleration,handling and good build quality interior is well layed out
