Davis-Built Jeeps has taken charge to fixing up this Jeep for me. It is an 81 CJ7 with a Chevy 350 small block v8, T-18 transmission, fiberglass body, 4 inch skyjacker springs, 2 inch body lift, 9 inch Currie Custom rear with Detroit soft locker, stock Dana 30 front, hard top and doors, soft top and doors, bikini top, 33x12.5x15 tires, warn 8000lb winch.

This is Davis-Built's finest effort to date. All that's left of the original is the wiper motor and VIN! My brother Brad assembled this from scratch. Gary's Auto Body in Pennsylvania did a fantastic job of LineX-ing the entire body, inside and out. And every piece on it was chosen as a direct result of over a decade of wheeling experience with this same Jeep, along with my Dad and brother in their Jeeps.

Great for just wanting to drive around (on and off road)! I wouldn't trade it for anything! The straight 6, 258 is a great engine! Also the 4sp transmission and the manual hand choke are added bonuses!
