Great experience

They aren’t open anymore. We went to look at a Z71 suburban, showed up at 9am (opening hours according to internet and door), there were two broken down wrecked cars in their parking lot and no one ever showed up. Tried calling…nothing. Everything online says they packed up and left in February

Jordan is a great representation of the company. He is respectful and had great communication with me. I would recommend them just off the great communication. I do plan on looking more into buying a car from them. I just had some personal issue to attend to first. Carma & Olivier- Michigan

Dealer had me come in for 4 hours, told them to get a truck from another store for me to look at it and they acknowledged it was on the way but never showed up so I left. Also only offered 17k for my truck trade in value and wouldn’t match the 20k from other dealers. Somehow I had an extremely high payment 850-900 when my bank had me in the 650-675 range.

This experience was not good. I spoke with chandler on the phone. I add asked him for the CARFAX and service records. He sent over the carfax and said he would send over the service records. I told him that would work and I would see him the next day. I visited the dealership made two laps on the inside while chandler chatted on the phone. I continued to walk through the dealership. I walked down to another part of the building to find the car. To my surprise and dismay the car was gone. I am still waiting for chandler to send those service records and let me know that the car was sold. If you are looking to be treated like a valued customer I suggest you drive past this one.

Dealer was easy to work with, and the purchase went smoothly.
