Hi, they contacted me immediately to set up an appointment which was great. I saw the car but this one is not for me. They are going to call me when they get in what I’m looking for. They are very nice and welcoming. Thank you Lori and Scott for being on top of things and keeping me in mind. They were so nice and inviting. They even bought me a coffee and doughnut. I will certainly use them when the right car comes in. Thank you again Lori and Scott.

Staff, including salesman, Bill Sloan, made themselves available and sent me a video of the truck that I was interested in.

Stay late so we could see the car. Also, start the process, came back the next night and all the paperwork was completed and ready to go. Just had to sign and go. That’s the way it should be done.

Although they were very nice when we got there, took time with us and seemed like nice people, the most important thing to me was finding a specific car that I was told they had in stock, that was not true. They definitely did not have that car in spite of confirming that I should come out to look at it. Drove a hour. They actually still show it as available weeks later. It felt like a bait and switch to me and I was not happy. 3 stars because they did try to help me find the vehicle elsewhere.
