I had an experience with this dealership. Not bad just kind of lacked in communication. I contacted them about a vehicle and they had an automatic reply then the next morning someone reached out. I asked my questions and they sent me a credit application. I declined to fill it out because i wanted a pre approval through my bank. After i told them this all communication stopped until 3 days after the vehicle sold. Again not a bad experience. Just over before it began in my opinion.

Please, please do not do business with Dollar Bill Auto Sales. I prequalified for a truck on their lot 4/21. 4/22 their salesman Alex calls me to perform a credit check and approves me with 2k down. States that I can come in the next day after work to pickup the truck. At no point did Alex mention that the truck would still be available to anyone nor did he mention I could put a deposit to hold it. 4/23 Alex contacts me to put a deposit to hold it since there’s a lot of attention, I respond “Yes”. A deposit would never have been a problem, no response. I’ve been approved, my credits been ran, I have a scheduled appointment at 4pm with Alex. Ok, 3pm rolls around, and I’m ready to head over and I get a text the truck has been sold, but they have a Ford Ranger available instead. I tell Alex to essentially F off after reiterating what all I had done to ensure this process went smoothly. Oh and the manager or owner Brian, he loves to argue via text, he just keeps going and going.

I called this dealership for lexus is300 they have first they said its not availble because of arbitration problem. The following day they call me they said its ready to go. They ask me how would I proceed forward so i told them i have pre-approval from my bank. Just need to get there and finish the difference. Then again its not available… Really? Am from sac i almost drove 3 hours for nothing… same day i went to get the same model in Mercedes Fresno…
