Dealer has nice selection of used cars. Insulted by the manager comment as we took car we were test driving for an independent inspection and when we asked manager about items identified in inspection as well as concerns like 1 key, missing floor mat etc., the manager commented "if we wanted a car in better condition we should go elsewhere". We weren't haggling, we simply raised the questions and treated like we had no right to ask the question. Very insulted - we knew buying a 9 yr old car that it wouldn't be perfect but we have purchased enough cars that there are many times they can fix or replace things internally before purchase
