Would not go back... Was told the truck was ready but they never checked it so when I went the battery was dead.!! It was a waste of time & gas for nothing.!!

Elijah was amazing. He took into consideration that we would be travel a long distance to look at this vehicle, he made himself available for us. However, my daughter changed her mind and decided to wait on purchasing a vehicle although we did not purchase a car at this location. The customer service Elijah provided for us was amazing.

TLDR: deceptive practices, adding fees after agreeing to a price and run arounds This dealer has a listing on cargurus.com for a 2019 BMW X1 for $18,600, which would be a great price. However, the deception starts there, as when you go to their website, it has that as a “finance price”, so the real price with $1,995 down would be $20,599. I made an appointment on Friday and arrived shortly before 11AM. (Note: it’s terrible finding parking, and their lot is full, no parking), I was greeted by Emre who told me the car is not there, and we had to drive to another lot. That pissed me off a bit as isn’t that part of making an appt that the car “is actually there and ready”? Alas. The car was really nice and we completed our test drive. After we got back, I chatted with Emre. I said I was interested but wanted to make sure I could have the car for an independent PPI. That was not possible. I could only have a mechanic come by and look at the car on the lot. I asked about the out the door
