Was very easy to deal with. Was honest and fair in negotiation. Didnt work out but was still easy to deal with throughout this process

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience. I arrived for my appointment and the truck was outside but not cleaned or ready to be shown. The initial trade-in offer was far below reasonable expectations. While the dealership later came back with a significantly higher number (more than double), the initial interaction left a bad impression. Because of that, I chose not to proceed with the purchase.

Went well and purchase was easy and very very satisfied with the dealer, and Tristan my sales person was very nice. Nice experience.

Dealer responded Said vehicle was sold but they had others. That’s been almost a week. Same vehicle still on car gurus. Just feel everything wasn’t up front

They made it super easy. I did the research on the car, they reached out with everything I needed for purchasing the car; and I bought it the same day that I saw it. They did an absolutely fantastic job.
