I asked them numerous times to stop contacting me via email text and phone calls and they would not stop. I think I finally got them to stop at this point, but I felt like I was being harassed.

This is the worst place I went twice for 2 different cars.first one went there n waited for someone else was test driving car.then told me to wait.waited then told they were looking at car up on lift Told to wait.guy came back n sad car sold.left.2nd time ( shame on me) was told by 3 different people that (different car) was there had an appointment. Went in Waited.guy told me to let him know before I came n he'd have car ready to look at.guy drove up to me n told me bumper needed painting n wouldn't let me look at car.tried telling me another car was available. BIG MISTAKE.NEVER AGAIN.LIARS N SOMETHING VERY FISHY GOING ON THANK GOD I DIDNT BUY A CAR

Got pre-qualification via Car Gurus. Did every step in the website. The initial salesperson disappeared on me. I explained that I was out of state. They connected me with the manager. The whole process was like trying to pull teeth. They kept me asking for updates while I had my local dealerships hounding every 5 seconds to make a sale. But not these guys. Finally he said I had to fill the credit app which I already knew I had to file given that I only had a PRE-QUALIFICATION. Several days later they are like, you got approved, this is the payment... about twice the amount of monthly payment I had listed on my pre-qualification. I got a call from the person dealing with the financial part and told me (because I asked for the detailed numbers) that the only person who could provide me with those was the manager who was out already because of a personal emergency and that I should receive a call on Thursday (it was Tuesday) and I'm still waiting. Already got a car somewhere else.
