Ray at Roadster Salon was beyond accommodating. I was challenged with transportation issues to get up and see the car, so Ray brought it down to the city for me to view. Who does that?! Such a great experience and the car was by far accurately depicted in their description. I quickly knew it was everything I wanted and moved to purchase the vehicle. To top things all off, Ray made two more trips to the city to deliver the vehicle to me and fulfill a needed item afterward. Such amazing service. You won’t be disappointed working with Roadster Salon.

The amount of calls I got from this dealer was astonishing. I have never in my life been so hounded to buy a car. I wish sales people would understand that no body likes to feel pressured into buying something. The moment I feel pressured I backed out and had to end up blocking all 4 of the numbers this dealer was using to call and text me MULTIPLE times a day, before we even got to the first thing that I had told them I would do which was get my trade in appraised. This car was exactly the car I have been looking for and I missed out on it due to overly pushy and obnoxious sales people. I am not saying that sales people should not try to reach out, but there is absolutely 0 reason why after I answered the first call and scheduled a time to meet them I should have gotten anything other than just maybe 1 single reminder call our text the day of the appointment. What I got was 2 text messages and at least 2 or 3 phone calls the day I was supposed to get the appraisal.

Very small lot, poor selection. The salesperson was very friendly but nothing on the lot! Wrong rating! I give him a three (3)! Wasted my time and money to get there and back!!

Very quick process for purchasing a vehicle.

Had a great buying experience at this dealership! Bought 2 cars here and traded 1. Paul and Angel treaded me fairly and with much integrity and because I had a great overall experience last year when I bought a RAV4 from them for my in-laws, I had confidence I was going to get a great buying experience again so I came back and bought a very nice 2017 BMW X4 for my son. Thanks for my rides and I’ll definitely be back in the future for another car!
