They did it right. Tried 2 other dealers, they still operate like it's 1970. Won't give you a final price until you talk with the "manager"

When I got to the dealership, first thing I asked was the price of the car out the door, I was told that if I don't test drive the car can't give me numbers. So I drove the car in a empty parking lot they have, to be a used car it drove nice and smooth. Went inside I asked for numbers, and the manager along with the sales representative asked me what was my budget. I told them they looked surprised. Manager came back with fees that I've had never heard before. $2,995 Loan origination fee. $1,995 Destination fee. $899 Doc Fee. $1373.34 taxes (understandable) $286 registration. $60 Tittle fee. After looking at those fees I got up and left. Manager did say maybe we can split tge fees??? No deal was made. I did call the dealer before heading over to ask about their fees obviously they lied.

Communication. Was the dealer quick to respond to your inquiry? Absolutely. They responded quickly. Listing accuracy. Did the listing accurately describe the conditions of the vehicle? There was some minor wear on the vehicle but it was a used vehicle with 120k miles on it. On-site experience. Was the car clean and ready for your test-drive? The vehicle was definitely ready for a test drive. Customer service. Was the dealership staff friendly and accommodating? I set up an appointment to look at the vehicle. Everyone that I met there was friendly, professional, and informative about any answers to any questions that I had. Overall impression. Would you recommend the dealer to your friends? Looking back, I am slightly biased as I did purchase the vehicle. The entire process was relatively painless compared to other places that I have bought cars from in the past. All of the staff was pleasant and professional. I would definitely suggest this dealership to friends and family.
