Dealerships near me (Westborough, MA)

No response from anyone.

My experience with the salesman, Ben, was very good. He was professional and helpful, as were others on staff. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement on price. I notice today they have lower the price by $1,000.00. If they had negotiated that reduction, as well as some extra consideration on the trade, I very possibly would have bought the truck. Have since moved on to a GMC Canyon. But aside from that the experience was satisfactory.

I really cannot say enough great things about the staff. I called the dealership asking about the I was interested in, and the first person I spoke to was Camille. She was so nice and personable and made appointment setting process so easy. I was able to connect with Leo (salesman I worked with) early, I wanted see the documents (carfax, updated inspection… etc) on the car early. I was able to text with him and he got the documents I asked for to me lightening fast. Getting to the dealership, the car was already out and ready to test drive. Leo made the process so easy, and was very personable and we even exchanged traveling interests and stories. You can also tell that the staff works well together, and Mae a great team. My experience felt effortless, with full transparency from everyone I interacted with. If you are thinking about getting a car, try this Autobahn! They are truly a stand out team!

The car wasn’t available after they called me to come in

Good customer attention

Communication and follow up by Sales Agent and their Team of support staff was excellent.

Refused to sell me the car because they didn’t want to pay for the maintenance prior to sale. Don’t recommend working with them unless you are set on buying a Nissan.

great services

Low stress car shopping here! Kevin was a great sales representative. Very knowledgeable. Mike was excellent with the final buying stage.

Save yourself the trip. I was promised a road test drive of a used Civic Type R on public roads. I drove out there, took time out of my day, and was offered a parking lot lap instead. That’s not a test drive—that’s a waste of time. When I called it out, the response was to blame the sales manager and claim it ‘wasn’t intentional.’ Then came the kicker: they don’t road test Type Rs at all—new or used. Nobody bothered to check that before inviting me in. The only thing that came out of my visit was an internal meeting they had after I left. Great for their next customers. Useless for me. If you value your time, call ahead and get everything in writing before you make the trip. Better yet, go somewhere else.
