The car was model and year I wanted and salesperson, Ricky, was very attentive. I would like to have lined up the title with joint ownership with my wife and TOD for kids, but there was pressure to just simplify the title to one owner for ease of title transfer. Experience has taught me that there is some merit to this as state administration has caused me to resubmit twice in a past transaction. Still, it would have been nice to avoid retitling next month with the inherent travel and expense. Overall, it was a smooth process with Ricky guiding us through the process.

Very pushy staff that really got upset at me for not wanting a used car they were trying to sell. I will not go to Fargo to buy a car in the future.

Very quick, clean and up front process. Dealer was honest about a crack in the windshield and had no issues paying for replacement.
