This place is running the oldest scam in the book—show a discount, then slap on a markup and call it a deal. It’s greedy, scummy, and a joke for a Hyundai dealership. Do better.

The staff didn't say much about the vehicle I was looking at...I mean they were nice and offered water and coffee but as for trying to inform me about the vehicle it was meh. The condition of the truck was similar to picture but after a closer inspection there were minor details about the condition ( the frame was coated and after looking at other suspension parts it led to believe there was frame rust) that I didn't like. Which wasn't necessarily because there trying to hide something because they said it came in like that, but wasn't the quality of a vehicle I was looking for. After a very quick negotiation I said have a good day and left.

Today is January 16 and the car has just now been posted as sold on CarGuru. I visited the dealership approximately 10 or more days ago to inspect the vehicle for purchase after calling to confirm availability, and drive 40 miles to the dealership only to find out it was not available. I was asked if I’d like to look at another vehicle. I really felt the dealership was pulling a bait and switch move. This is why car dealers have such bad images with customers.

The dealership and Sergio Jimenez were outstanding in every way
