Salesperson was helpful but finance department very deceptive. Probably want return in the future. We had pre-approved financing but the were not given the opportunity to use one of those financial institutions to get a lower finance rate. We were approved for financing of 3.5% but ended up with a 5.5% financing which drove the price we pay back higher. Now we will probably re-finance in a couple of months.

Dealer did not honor the advertised price on CarGurus. They quoted me 10% above advertised price when I arrived at the dealer. After 3 hours of back and forth, I was able to work out a deal paying 5% above advertised price.

Very responsive and friendly sales staff! I quickly learned that the term "Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle" comes at an additional premium beyond the posted window price at this dealership. Where I live, the price in the window includes the cost of the catch phrase, 'Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned". This changed interest!!!

Dealer told me they had the vehicle available, when I got there they said it was sold that morning and I spoke to the dealer around 2 o’clock. Few days later I got an email telling me to make an appointment to see the vehicle.

Quick reply, extremely attentive salesmen. Didn’t do the deal due to the reconditioning fee not being added up front, pushed the vehicle out of my budget. Would be easier if they added it to the initial price. Tevin was great though.

Visited the dealer , called four times before making a drive in busy traffic hours to find out the truck is in service department and could not see the truck . Very dishonest sellers. This vehicle is actually a flooded vehicle. They did not tell me this when I asked about this vehicle. When I went there they took too long to help me. I would not buy from them.

I was emailed a price for this car, when it came down to dealing the sales associate quoted a price of 4k more and wouldn't budge. I sent a copy of the original email along with stock number of car. Then sales associate wouldn't respond. I got a phone call from dealership and they confirmed the lower price. I really wanted this car but by that time had already purchased a vehicle. Apparently the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing in this dealership . I don't like giving negative reviews , but some one dropped the ball.

Car was listed at $7,250. When I arrived at dealer it was actually $8,700. They added a $1,400 “re-conditioning fee.” Then even though I arrived with a pre-approved loan from BofA, they ran my credit 4 times. Horrible experience. I will not return to this dealer and will warn my friends and family.

Really professional. Carlos was great and helpful. Unfortunately they close fairly early on the weekends so we were not able to make it over before purchasing a car from elsewhere, but the contact and follow up beforehand was great!

They called and said that we could work out a way so I could get the car then just said I didn't qualify and never called back to see how I could get the car worst experience ever don't recommend central houston Cadillac

I have been using Carguru for over a year and have interacted with many dealerships as I inquired about vehicles. Never has any dealership been more prompt, thorough and professional. Considering our correspondence was in the middle of the flooding in Houston this was quite remarkable. I did not purchase a vehicle at this time but it is not because of anything done by the team at Central Houston. This is the kind of dealership we should all want to work with and I will monitor their inventory in the future.

Dealer responded very quickly and we were able to arrange a visit for the next morning. We bought the vehicle and are very happy with it and the buying experience with Coad Chevrolet. Would definitely recommend them to other buyers.

Justin was very helpful . Went out of his way to send me a video . I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 because after talking to Justin another sales representative named Tye texted me from a different number which I wasn't sure who he was so I asked if he could send me pics and the name of his dealership and he responded "I work with Justin at Central cadillac. My name is Tye and he sent you pics earlier? Do you want the car" came across kinda rude to me . Should've just let Justin deal with it .

Dealer refused to negotiate. I found a better deal in Virginia, for less money, including tax, title, license, shipping, and dealer cost. I even offered them $300.00 more than I paid for the Vehicle, but they refused. Dealers in this area should try selling more cars, and not make all the money on one vehicle.

Dealer initially failed to tell me the car/price they were giving me was for a Demo on a particular car. It seemed like a very good deal so I asked him before putting money down. Ended up purchasing a different XTS from them. They were very good at searching the US and finding me the Car I wanted. It was trucked in and arrived 2 days later than the later date they estimated. They agreed to put on mud flaps, but when they called for us to pick it up, they said none were available. I found some on the net with first search and they had several days to order. i.e. they waited till the car was there and then just looked in their inventory. When there was none they just said there weren't any available. Worse thing though and why not a good rating, is the lack of response after Purchase. After putting $3000 down the salesman didn't answer 2 email questions sent to him (and he's the internet sales mgr.) Then after purchase I've sent 3 emails asking the status of the spare keys (they only had one set when we picked it up). None of the 3 emails have been answered. The deal was ok, but was basically what GM was offering and the same I could have gotten from any Cad dealer. I guess this should be expected. Everyone was my best friend before the sale but once made it was poor. Not what I hoped for from a Cadillac dealer. Nothing too terrible, but I probably suggest trying another dealer everything being equal.

Someone did take their time to respond. They told me they were going to check to see if the vehicle was still available and then call me back, which he did but ironically when we got their the vehicle was gone. I have very little tolerance for these dealership games. They vehicle is there but when you get there it is already sold and they want to show you something else. The vehicle I called for is the vehicle I am interested in only. Stop wasting peoples time with your stupid tactics. We are so over that.

Huge disappointment. Very unprofessional staff. This includes the salas MANAGER. The vehicle we had an appointment to look at (yes, had to make an appointment to see a used vehicle as it was being driven around by a young athlete trying to be wooed and the owner of Stewart Cadillac is a apparently a sports fan and in with a sports agent) ... Our appointment was at noon. The vehicle got there at 1:30. All the while we were given excuses. Lies really. We were told a sales manager had the vehicle running errands for the company. We were told they weren't done detailing it. We were told it was on its way repeatedly. All the while a punk kid with no regard for anything obviously, had it as a driver - when the vehicle finally showed up it stunk, it was filthy and it was trashed. We are talking an Escalade here. The vehicle was not in any shape to be sold on any Dealers lot. Clearly they were embarrassed as I told them this must be a joke,- and hammered me with phone calls the rest of the week, trying to sell me some other stinky, dirty and completely trashed Escalade that they loan out to sports agents for a fee to woo young athletes. NO THANKS. Now that I know how abused their vehicles get and then are passed off to the public, you couldn't melt and pour me back in Stewart Cadillac.
