Dealerships near me (Waunakee, WI)

Very kind and helpful at first, then stopped answering messages when I inquired about the delivery of the car I bought that took them 2 whole weeks to deliver, I was told it’d take 4 days. Not to mention salesperson promised to get it detailed inside out when I noticed some scratches, which did not happened

I called at 1 pm to inform the dealer I was coming the next day I arrived at 11am and the car was sold. Not even on the lot it was gone. I find it hard to believe the car existed at all, because they have been trying to get me to buy other cars through email and calls. this is the 2nd time Ive had a bad experience with a Van Horn dealership, the other being in Milwaukee

Contacted the dealership and received a prompt response. Asked for info and they said they’d email it over right away. A couple of hours I still hadn’t received any info and asked. They apologized and said they’d get me the info the next morning. The next morning I didn’t receive anything and asked later in the afternoon, via text, and they apologized and said they’d make it priority and get back to me quick. A couple of hours later I received a text verifying I got the info (which I hadn’t). I said I did not and they apologized and agreed it was unacceptable. At the is time I said I was moving on. A couple of days ago I emailed them again asking about the vehicle and did not receive any reponse.

We are happy with the vehicle but had a few questions after the sale. I have placed three phone calls to the dealership and my husband sent one e mail. Our questions were not answered, like "Where are the floor mats?". This is a 2023 Toyota Rav 4 XLE with the weather package. It should have floor mats!

The sales guy was great no pressure to buy- knowledgeable. I haven’t bought a car in a while but there was not much wriggle room on pricing so what you see was pretty close to what i paid. but a nice relaxing place and up front about everything. love the car!!
