I bought this Jeep and couldn’t be happier the salesman his name was Jim. The guy was awesome all the way through the holy experience. I’ve had this vehicle for a couple weeks now and I love it more and more solid vehicle. I usually shy away from smaller dealerships this one is different Honest guys. feel free to stop in anytime and talk to these guys. If they don’t have what you want on the lot I am sure they can get it. I would refer my family and friends as well as buy another vehicle. Thank you, Jim.

These guys are great. I spent a lot of time at this dealership going back and forth. They gave it to me for a really long test drive. When something was found during the inspection, they split the difference with me. I felt at ease. The dealership says they don't take auction cars. So the one I got was really well kept by its previous owners. It's a family affair: dad and the son work together, along with some other really nice employees. There's no "well, let me talk to the manager" nonsense. I just really feel like if you've got to use one of these smaller lots, you'll save some money, and these guys are decent. I don't think they're out to get anybody.

No one ever responded

This was a very poor experience! I had the car scheduled for pre purchase inspection at 10:30 am the following morning. After 2 subtle attempts to talk me out of the inspection, the sales people finally sabotaged the sale! My loan was approved. 100% covered but the salesman (Albert) was still pressing me to put cash down! I had the bank call them to get us all on the same page, and Maxx auto told the bank that there was confusion as to which car I was interested in! 100% un true! I only shipped one car and that’s the car in question! I contacted Maxx after the bank confirmed that we were all good and got the SALES MANAGER BILL! The first words out of his mouth were, “so are you coming to get the car today?” (Day before the inspection of course) I mentioned the confusion to bill and Bill (who sounded stoned) says .. “oh uh I don’t think that’s a thing, uhh ya I don’t think that’s a thing!” That’s when I said ok you guys are playing games so at this point I’m bowing out! CROOKS!!

No pressure staff! They made every step of the process easy. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through them and this time was even easier than the first. Very direct and clear on what they could do for me. Listened to my likes and dislikes and needs on financing. They wanted to make something work for me and we were able to come to great terms for me. Very happy with the entire process.
