Horrible customer service, communication was poor. How do you book for a test drive knowingly knowing the vehicle was not going to be available for that specific day. You sell it and dont communicate that and had me waist my time to go in on scheduled date. What a way to let me know my time and money was not worth your time.

They were prompt and contacted me within 24hrs. My salesperson was Matt, a young man who explained all the features, status of the car, took me for a test drive and was very patient throughout. The dealership was immaculate and I felt very confident with my purchase of the 2021 Volvo XC40 T5R. I would highly recommend Volvo of Huntington for your new or pre-owned car!
