Huntington Volvo was responsive and accommodating in setting up an appointment. Unfortunately the car that interested me was sold before I could get their, but I would do business with this dealership based on my limited experience.

I contacted the dealer back in Dec. and my husband and I made an appt to go into the dealership to look at the car. It turned out not to be what we wanted. We discussed our preferences with the salesman who told us he would keep us in mind. Several weeks later, we contacted him about another car - he apologized for forgetting about us. Again, we made an appt to see a particular car. We decided we were going to buy this vehicle. We were at the dealership to try to negotiate a deal - we were close; frankly, we were prepared to pay what they were offering and sign on the dotted line that day. The salesman walked out saying he "wanted to talk to us" and would be back. We were talking to each other and before we knew it, we were waiting between 30 - 40 minutes - no sign of the salesman. We left. I was so incensed, I called the sales manager a day or so later. I explained what happened and told him we were prepared to buy the car the day we were there. He listened, said he could not understand what happened but he would look into it and get back to my husband that day. We never heard from him. The salesman wound up calling my husband that day and once again apologized; he was "overwhelmed". We have purchased a number of cars over the years from various makers.and have never experienced anything like this. The sales manager should have called as he said he would. The salesman should have followed up with us again. They should have shown they cared about doing business with us. As I said, we were ready to sign on the dotted line. We wound up buying a more expensive, newer Volvo at another dealership.

all was great. Jamie sat with me and explained everything I needed to know, answered all my questions and accompanied me on the test ride. I ended up choosing this Volvo V60 - Now...will see how we are moving ahead with the paperwork....
