The salesman was very helpful but the car was not on the lot. It was being shipped from Texas. I told him I wasn't interested and why, but he kept pushing! I finally stopped responding to his texts.

I have NEVER had a more POSITIVE experience with an auto dealer. In fact, we nearly purchased a car from another dealer, with a really large, really pretty dealership, but that experience was really no fun. Campbell Auto Group was EXCEPTIONAL!

Of course buyers should always do their own research on price and condition, but I believe I got a fair deal on a quality vehicle at Volkswagen of Puyallup. Joe Goodwin was very friendly and showed me everything I needed to know to drive the car home safely. He answered all my questions and tracked down information on everything he didn't have immediate answers for. Romy (manager) did offer me lots of add-ons (that's his job), but there was no pressure to purchase any of them. Overall, I had a good experience and got a great car. Absolutely amazing workers! My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2020 Ram 1500 big horn/lone star for something smaller, cheaper and more family friendly. The dealers got ahold of us extremely quick and were able to help us right away to trade for this beautiful Kia❤️ it’s been a couple weeks now and my husband and I absolutely love the new car we are now always able to have a full tank of gas and keep finding new things we love even more about the Sorento.
