Dean Team is awful. I would give them zero stars if possible. I was contacted by several internet salesmen. I made an appointment and went in. The phone salesman was not there - and no one had heard of him. I was assigned a salesperson who had been on the team 1 day. He didn't know where the cars were, where the keys were and didn't know the prices. Interesting, most of the used cars did NOT have a sticker in the window. The cars were FILTHY - inside and out. I went in to see a manager - there were 5 or 6 males sales people all joking with a female associate. None gave me the time of day. To top it off, I received a call several days later asking why I missed my appointment. When I stated I had arrived and worked with Matt - the manager hung up on me. I will never buy a car from Dean Team!!!!!

The dealer had a stipulation on the vehicle price that was shown on Cargurus. The dealer explained to get the price shown on Cargurus. I had to finance using their financing which is 2 percent higher that pre approval from chase and capital one that is used by Cargurus. The other mishap was vehicle trade price. Dealer appraise trade $1600 less than the estimate appraise by Cargurus. They eventually add additional $700 back to the appraise. The plan I initial had with Cargurus did not go as plan, because the dealer did not comply with any of the formention. The mileage was also off by 500 miles. Outside of those main factor the Les, the salesperson and the finance manager did an excellent job working with my unique situation
