My recent experience was highly unsatisfactory. I had a scheduled appointment to see a car and was en route when I received a call to confirm our meeting, only to discover that the vehicle had been sold the previous day. I had specifically requested notification given my commute from Brooklyn, yet I was only informed when I was 15 minutes away from the dealership. They do not care about people, we are just numbers for them.

Pablo, my sales rep and Jill the manager were exceedingly helpful and straight forward. Nobody was pushing a pen in my hand rushing me. They took the time to make sure I got the right vehicle and I appreciate them for it.
