The overall experience was great but there was an issue with the insurance policy due to us being out of state customers and they didn’t inform us of any possible issues. After driving 2 hours to get to them, we were not able to drive the car home that night. And had to meet them halfway the next evening to finalize everything after adding the car to our insurance policy.

I initially showed interest in this vehicle and if it was still available on 7/3. It was and then on Tuesday, 7/15 I was made aware by email that the price dropped. So I called and spoke to Chad who quoted me the price still shown here which was higher than the emailed quote. I questioned this and was given a run around about how transparent they are with pricing and how they just hadn’t posted the decreased amount online yet. I made an appointment to go see this with full intent if the numbers worked to make a deal with my paid off 2023 Jeep Gladiator. I still was told how “transparent” they are with pricing it was handed my keys and told they could not make the deal that I wanted. This wasn’t the issue. I have the paperwork where the whole quote is still at the highest price despite being told that I would get the lower price or even lower. I’m thoroughly disappointed with this experience and I am not even mad that I walked away from this.

I thought they low baked the trade in and we found some issue items with the car that was missed in the in take of the vehicle. Our sales associate Cornell was awesome, love him but at the end of the day the sales manager was not budging.
