Taylor was great, the finance guy, Andrew, not so much. Typical pushy behavior, tries to make you feel stupid.

For the second time, I got rail roaded at Demon-trond. False communication, deceptive offers and lack of transparency. Carvwas never available and promises to dind a replacement never fulfilled. Find somewhere else to buy. This was the second crappy experience I've here. Forgiveness meant nothing to them.

Very good dealer, maybe the best in Houston. I recommend if you want to get a good used vehicle.

The overall staff was helpful, but the sales rep could have been more informative and engaging. Ultimately, the Mazda 3 we went to see was not in the best condition and definitely would have not been a good fit for my daughters first car. We did see other used inventory but was not what we were looking for. Upon leaving other staff members and management were extremely helpful and encouraged us to continue to check for updated inventory.

No stars at all … but I had to give one to post this! He took forever to get back with me and then told me I couldn’t get the vehicle that I was interested in . Poor service ! Learn to be more professional sir!
