Classic example of bait and switch. They advertise the car for $18,200. Went to the dealer and spoke with the salesman. Repeatedly asked him if $18,200 was the price of the car for financing. He kept telling me yes. We started the paperwork and all of a sudden he tells me the $18,200 if the finance price after a 25% downpayment. The actual finance price of the car was $25,060. Again, I repeatedly asked him if the finance price was $18,200 and the salesman kept saying yes and I have someone who was with me to verify this. Be careful shopping here, I wouldn't.

The sales rep was arrogant on the phone call.They priced the vehicle to be the lowest price in its class and when you talk to them it turns out they stick an extra $3000.00 of fee's on the price. There was a finance fee of $1999 and i told him i would be paying cash I still was expected to pay it and there is a dealer fee of $690.00 which Alan the sales rep didn't know what that was for. Don't waste your time trying to get a good deal with them, that's just my opinion.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership and I have the text messages to prove it. I recommend no one go to this dealership because there liars and thieves. I ask them to match a deal I had on a tundra platinum with another dealership because advantage had the color I wanted and told them all the information. I was on the phone all day with the sales woman, meanwhile I am at work working construction all day. They finally say they can match the deal. I said I am working 14hrs but will ask my boss to leave early and sign the paperwork. I rush over to advantage toyota in the dead of rush hour. When I get there they greet me and show me the truck, everything seems perfect. Then we sit down and go over finances. I take my credit card out ready to hand over and the sales woman says the manager made a mistake and never put taxes and fees in the deal. Remember I have been talking to this woman all day about the deal no way there was a mistake.

That car shouldn’t even be on the market. horrible condition. asking price way too high for something like this. the battery is dead. needed a jumper to start it. the belt is noisy. the seats leather is teared up. the AC blows out warm wind regardless of letting it on for a long time. the ac is also very noisy.
