My experience was excellent Mike the sales guy was very comfortable working with easy going helped me through out the whole process. They don't stalk you or force you to buy anything. They just listen and help you anyway they can. I don't have the greatest Credit but my dad had somewhat decent credit and they approved us. I'm very pleased with the car and the service we received. I thought the dealer, and sales person, Chris, were great. Very responsive and took care of needs. Couple of cheap out things they did, but I understand. I won’t rate them lower as they said the things needed to be corrected, but they were small items that they easily could have taken care of. Nothing dangerous though, and it doesn’t impact my opinion of them. Good luck!

Our salesman was great just was a little irritated with lack of communication when it came to paperwork and financing. Was told it would take 5 minutes ended up there for hours. If they had told us on the phone that all this was supposed to be done that night instead of the next day like we thought. We could have planned for it, ordered dinner cause of the 5 minute comment and was very cold by the time we got to eat.

Somewhat shady price advertising! I was very interested in this vehicle and tried to get out the door pricing including a extended warranty, sales rep was great, but when he sent me the numbers, the vehicle was more than the advertised price, I didn’t notice the tiny disclaimer below the advertised price, click on that and it says that this is the price only if you trade in a vehicle, the irony is that I would have purchased the vehicle at the $17900 price, and now it’s listed at $16,900,

The offer the dealer made for my trade was 2500 less than other dealers! The price for the Mach E was not that great. This isn’t the first time Jim Click dealers has tried to rip me off. Don’t do business with them!
