They're just very unorganized there. When I got there, the mileage was hundreds off, the oil change was way past due, and the car was absolutely filthy with pollen and dirt that had been building up for months. They could have washed it. They knew we were coming. When I asked about it, they acted like everything was fine. I drove 300 miles to get that car they could have washed it and we had to wait an hour for paperwork that should have already been drawn up. Or at least started.

He called me back and answered all of my questions. He was very nice.

The receptionist lady is an extremely sweet lady. Absolutely loved her! I went in for a vehicle but it hadn't been inspected yet. She promised to keep me updated and she did! I wish everyone could get to experience her level of kindness and consideration! The guys that worked there wasn't as kind as the receptionist but they were helpful and did there job. The layout of the available cars and uninspected cars was a little confusing but overall this was the best experience I've ever had buying a used vehicle! A+++++++ for the Receptionist (I believe her name is Ms. Sherry) and A for the gentleman
