Professional and a good experience

Israel was the most honest, transparent car dealer I have ever met! The inspection of the car by an independent mechanic was perfect except the air conditioning didn’t work. The mechanic thought it was the compressor so Israel and I came to a deal and included the price of the parts and labor in the price of the car. When I took it to the mechanic two days later, he realized we didn’t need the part. Izzy was able to return the part and give me some cash back on the purchase price, which is honestly the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen a used car dealer do -he was very honest and just a genuinely good human being on top of that! I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a quality used car at a great price!

I had an amazing experience at this mom & pop shop. I didn't end up buying a car with them, but they were so helpful and transparent with the whole process. I had never bought a car by myself, so this was all new to me. They were super helpful by referring me to different financing options and showing me the different repairs the cars I test drove would have throughout their lives. They truly wanted the best for me and didn;t want to stick me with a car just to make a couple more bucks. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to find a car with real people, not just money hungry dealers who couldn't care less if your car broke down the day after purchasing. 100 % recommend, thank you guys!!

Everything was great

They were fast at reaching out and answered all questions regarding the vehicle.

The person never got back to me about the car.

I was contacted by email, which I prefer. But, over several day three different people contacted me from the same email address, which was very confusing. They obviously didn't read my replies, probably because they live on a cell phone, a device poorly designed for email communication. I identified one issue for them to research, which one did, but poorly. I will not buy the Jeep without knowing the answer to my concern. They have yet to address my concern so have yet to win my confidence.
