Wasn’t really ready to buy unless amazing deal too hard to pass up. Robert was very honest/ upfront … sent me accident hx report promptly. Would deal with him again if right deal came up. Just gonna wait for now & hope California EV rebate passes legislation soon and covers used cars too?

Salesman was helpful. Manager not so much. “Dolan Promise” not honored. Showed better priced vehicle(s) to manager and he was unwilling to adjust their pricing. Said they don’t negotiate. Gave them a chance to adjust one more time or I was going to walk and they thought I was bluffing. Made a call to another dealer down the road with a very nicely priced Model Y and had them pick me up from Dolan in it and bought from them. As soon as I said I was leaving all of a sudden it was “what will it take to get this deal done”. Sorry guys but I gave you two chances to adjust your pricing. Typical used car experience but in a fancy building, no thanks. They dropped the price $2,000 less than 2 weeks later. I’m happy I bought the other one.
