Dealerships near me (Troy, IL)

My experience with this dealership and with the salesman Mike was great. I bought this car the same day I went out. Since the dealership was 45 minutes from my home and I did not trade in the car I was driving, Mike actually brought my car to my house the next day. I really appreciated him going the extra step.

Didn't answer text or email sent to determine if truckwas available. Went to lot nobody available to answer any question or provide assistance. SI got the impression they didn't care about doing any business.

Salesperson seemed irritated and told me there is no going back and forth there at that dealership. So when he lowballed me on my trade I took it as his final offer. Asked for my keys and he then proceeded to want to negotiate but I took him for his word and left. Sad for them because i already had a preapproval on financing and i bought the same vehicle the next day that I found at another dealership.
