Salesman was nice, was too busy to give a lot of 1-1 attention but was polite

Place was ridiculous told me they had the van ready so I drove over an hour just to find out it had not passed smog and he didn't know when it would be ready total waist of time and gas.

Got back to me quickly & answered my questions. Not sure if I will buy the car, but wouldn't hesitate to work with them.

Previous rental car from New York to Virginia, Texas then CA. Even certified, wasn't very old but paint showed signs of MANY car washes. I did't want to chance a previous rental from the East Coast. They did not have anything else that was comparable. The salesperson, kept trying to get me to buy anything, which wasn't what I wanted if I was going to buy a car. My last conversation with salesperson was not pleasant and I would not recommend dealing with them for that reason. If they don't have the inventory, they don't have the inventory. I ended up going to a different dealer and buying the car that I wanted. The experience at that dealer was much better. They went above and beyond to get my business. When you're paying for a luxury car and a lot of money, you want what you want. I got the feeling that it was just pushing to buy ANY car. I did have a few conversations w/ salesperson. No point to go in again when everything online, no new inventory, can't sell if they don't have.

Went with another dealer because they were not responding in a timely matter.

Staff was awesome !
