I emailed about a car late in the evening and received a phone call as soon as they opened the next morning. The sales guy was kind and answered all my questions and then went out side and took additional photos that he then sent via text to me. I drove an hour and half to get there, the car was waiting out front and clean and in exactly the condition he told me it would be. I drove it and bought it. Super simple and drama free experience. Totally in love with my new "used" car. Thank you Junior and partner for an awesome experience and deal and also Mike in finance for being awesome!!!

we traveled down to Dublin 285 miles one way and bought the car ! The salesman went out of his way to get all the info records everything we asked for. Good people.

The sales manager Brandy was not pleasant at all as she advertised a vehicle with a dent and did not want to discount the price of the car further. We travelled over 65 miles to purchase this vehicle only yo be suprised that this vehicle had a few "dents". We find Dublin Volkswagen to be misleading in there advertised vehicles. Use caution when dealing with this dealer and ask alot of questions before going to purchase a vehicle from them. Sales reps Jessica and Bryan did there best and were pleasant. But the sales manager Brandy tried to add more items so that we can pay more every month. Very shady tactic and unpleasant to be quite frankly. Brandy needs to be re-trained on customer service skills because she is lucking in this area. Her overall attitude was inappropriate and very unwelcoming. The finance manager Omar was wonderful and very pleasant. Omar provided us with a great customer experience and was very calm, professional and listened to our concerns. He gave us a few tips on future considerations like GAP and other financing benefits. In our opinion he should be the one in charge of sales and financing.

Although I visited and did a test drive in the evening, Sergio and the rest of the group helping me did a good job and were very patient and kind. By the time we finished up, it was really late. But I got a great deal, and am very happy with the car. Overall the process was smooth, with only a couple of hiccups. I would work with them again, and recommend them.

Not willing to work with us on the price. They didnot suggest any other cars or ask our criteria, seemed kind of arrogant. We have not heard from them again. We purchased another car from a nicer dealer.

Finance Department Personnel Brandy and Mark processed an unauthorized charge of $1,500 on my debit card on Sunday September 17th without my knowledge or permission the day after I decided not to purchase a car from them, and without me ever signing any kind of purchase agreement. I gave the sales person my card and my drivers license so Brandy could run my credit while I was still thinking over whether or not to buy a car. They repeatedly pushed me into running my credit before I even knew which car I wanted, and finally I gave in because I thought I had identified a car that I wanted. I never gave the permission to run my card, I never agreed to purchase the car for any price, and I declined to purchase the car without ever signing any kind of agreement, and I left the dealership. So Brandy in the Finance Department ran a charge for $1,500 and never notified me. Instead, I received several follow-up calls trying to get me to purchase the car. When I discovered what had happened a week later and called to ask for a refund, receptionist Jessica sent me to some generic voicemail that didn't even have a name on it. I called back. I was routed to Mark the Finance Manager, who hung up on me without letting me finish speaking. I called back. No answer on the main line. I called back five times. No answer on the main line. Finally, Jessica the receptionist, answered, and claimed to be the boss of Mark, Finance Manager. Jessica, Receptionist said they they were going to process my refund at the end of the month ANYWAY when they do their accounting. When I demanded that they process it immediately, Receptionist Jessica said she needed my credit card number AGAIN to process the refund. It has been three days and still no refund has gone through. I do not recommend that you visit this dealership.

Be careful with this dealership. I bought a used 2015 Passat. Check the vehicle very thoroughly. What you see is what you get. My vehicle was missing some basic items that should have been included with the purchase. Not with these guys. Floor mats, nope, spare key, nope, not even valve stem caps. These are basic items a dealership shouldn't be haggling about!

Horrible experience with manager and other sales team members . ...Kept me hostage for 4 hours by holding my car keys and made it seems like they were gonna sell me a new vehicle but end up wasting my time... ....Every time they agree on price and then send another sales agent where he starts conversation from pricing higher than previously decided price ...More frustration was in the end when sales person agreed on price and told me to sit and he brining paperwork but then manager shown up and changed the price to higher than deal price and when asked why she is changing price , her answer was i was on lunch break and sales agent can't decide on price without me ...... since I haven't sign any contract on pricing with them , she have full rights to change price anytime .........Stay away from this dealership and don't waste your valuable time there .

Salesperson was nice we weren't able to make a deal. However the more senior dealer was using high pressure tactics and want very knowledge. Told me 2017 Volkswagen Jetta SE didn't come in manual, the only trim line with no manual is actually the sport for 2017. Several times I stated​ I want a manual several times he offered me an automatic. Then tried to sell me a cheaper car with extremely high interest. Kept me there for hours negotiating and couldn't match the price of a competitor. Insisted the other dealer probably lying, I bought from the other dealer the next morning. They were nice and with great credit probably better results. You should also come informed I felt I knew more about the car than they did.

Nice demo ride. Very poor disclosure of costs. Provided only monthly payment. Dealer tried to pack full sticker price with additional $5,000 above sticker price.Then chased after me as I left dealership.Then called me 2 more times to try to offer me a better deal. Would not recommend this dealer.

Did not quote the asking price could not find the keys when I came to see the car and misrepresented car, wrong color in photo, and showed a different trim . Salesmen had us wait for 10 minuts before he came to greet us .

Their price was the best within a 100 mile radius. There no wiggle-room for negotiations to alter the price. The vehicle is is decent condition within minimum cosmetic issues. I would have preferred the price to drop just slightly, but they were very set on not changing it. The car sells-men was nice that assisted us. He let my fiancee test drive the vehicle, but he forget to offer a drive to me. It was her first vehicle, so he wanted to give her the best experience... it worked.

They said I was approved then there was no car and then they came back and said we could not get approved. No one knew anything the other person was doing. It was horrible! ruined our whole buying experience.

Good service. Easy to work with. I worked with Marvin. He actually saved me more money. I was going to trade in my truck, but it became to complicated, he suggested that I sell it instead, and I still got the price on the new car he quoted . I saved 1,500. thanks to Marvin.

Sales rep was great, but left the dealership after selling me my car. I have had an ongoing issue trying to cancel a warranty they sold me, have tried for over three weeks. (Finance Mgr. said he would send or fax me a form, never received any. Keep calling and do not get return calls). Was told it had been canceled July 1, today I called the insurance provider, they said it had not been canceled yet as of July 23rd. So I had to send them the cancellation notice and information directly. Called the finance manager again who told me he had definitely cancelled the policy July 1 and got a very weak story about how the cancellation is being processed by the dealership's business office, which can take up to a month. I asked him to fax me a confirmation that my policy had been cancelled, he said he would. That was several hours ago, I have received nothing.

I ended up buying my 2010 Toyota Prius from the. Great job. I would definitely by from them again next time. Ask for Bill he's really great and what he does in Sales. Any work you need done go to Paul he's super helpful and customer service orient. Thank you Dublin VW!
