Sales woman (Erin) was nice, very helpful. They definitely stand by their AS IS motto. Test drove the car with the windows down, (Warm day in March for Cleveland). Purchased the car and drove off. Rolled up the windows and noticed the AC wasn’t working correctly. Blowers were fine but wasn’t blowing cold air. Returned to the dealer within 2 hours to be treated completely differently and told that it’s an as is sale. (Friendliness was gone. Lol). No hard feelings. Lesson learned. Just posting to enlightened others who may run into the same thing.

Poor. Lied about the down payment asked for one amount, then come back and asked for double that amount lied about the credit rating lied about the vehicle just pure lie no transparency poor customer service.

We purchased the 2013 MKZ the car was everything we wanted for my nephew’s first car. The car was low miles, make and model we wanted and from a reputable dealership. Our sales person Ryan was great!! He was communicable, related to us as consumers, and was transparent. Ryan made us feel like a valued you customer. My only negative was my request to directly speak to finance/sales manager prior to actual sale because we shared a bond over liking the same sports team. I was told he could not/ declined. This made my a little upset and made it clear that upon is finalizing the sale he don’t need to make his self available to meet with me and my sister. I appreciate connections and interactions and would have valued him taking the time to Meet a potential life long customer. All thanks go to Ryan for making us feel valued and selling us my nephew first car!!
