Toyota dealerships near me (Worcester, MA)

They told me an hour before I came in that the civic was available. After I arrived they told me it had been sold. Then they showed me a Corolla that was $6k more than my price range. I felt like they used old school outdated sales tactics and they bait and switch to get you in there. The haggling process was annoying. I finally got to the price I wanted to pay but it was a long back and forth process to get there. After all was said and done and the paperwork was signed I found out that the vehicle only came with one key! I will probably not buy from there again.

Wasn't a good experience. Dealer offered to lower the price of the car I test drove instead of fixing it prior to purchase. Asked if the problem they aren't fixing arises within the 3-month warranty period would they fix/repair it. I was told no because I was getting 1000 off the sticker price. Why not just repair it? but to not fix it within the warrantee period regardless if it became a problem. definitely took my business elsewhere. Last year December 2025 they sold a car on me prior to me driving there. Then tried to sell me something different. Unfortunately I'll never go back to Toyota of Smithfield

The communication was terrible. It took almost 2 weeks to get the vehicle. The salesman was unresponsive when I emailed and texted. The only positive was Tigan the finance person. I would never buy or refer anyone to the dealership.
