Tried to buy the truck. Agreed on a price then refused to sell it. Very confused with no explanation.

Over all, we had a great experience. We did run into an issue wirh processing our loan since we used an outside bank instead of one of there's. They did not turn in the paperwork to our bank immediately so I was unable to pick up my car for 4 days. Other than that. We had no problems. In fact we purchased 2 cars from them. The Trax and a 2010 prius.

Terribly unprofessional. I saw they had the exact van I wanted while I was out of town and called to arrange purchase. They said I need to be in person. I said I will be there in 2 days after I return from Thanksgiving please take my credit card number and a $1,000 NON- Refundable deposit but they declined. So I said I’d like to buy it and since you do online sales, let’s just do it that way. They said they do not sell cars online which is a lie— of course they do, it’s called internet sales. Every dealer in the country will sell online and deliver the car to you. Then she said she her manager said to make an appointment for the day I returned. I did and while on the way there, an hour drive away, I called ahead because they told me to so they could get the snow off the car. So on my way to my appointment for the car I was going there to buy, they sold it out from under me before my appointment time! Furious! Terrible way to treat a customer trying to spend $55,000 with you!
