Took way too long to see cars. Salesman disappeared for 20 minutes

The dealership responded quickly and scheduled an appointment with the caviat if the car was still available since I could not make it to the lot for 2 days due to previous commitments

Communications were horrendous. First, you end up dealing with A.I. nonsense that does not accurately receive or respond to my communications with actual staff members. Second, when I called and a real person finally answered the phone she projected the warmth of an iceberg. When finally transferred to a salesperson that individual was blunt, inhospitable, and acted like he couldn’t care less about helping me buy a vehicle. I could not imagine being the owner and investing such huge capital to run such a business and having employees turn potential customers away with in this manner.

Waiting on the second key for vehicle I feel that a limited service could have also been extended with the purchase of the vehicle.

I was not in the country when I saw this vehicle online. Very professional experience Thank You
