Extremely helpful and transparent on my vehicle purchase . Every aspect of the vehicle was just as the wonderful young salesman had said. Went to see vehicle before they 1hr before they closed Tuesdaynight. Arrived at the dealership told them I wanted the car and would be back in the morning. Made the appointment for 11am Wednesday arrived on-time at 10:30 had to wait because vehicle was on a test drive. Was told to sit and wait for another 1hr to the be told the car was sold. I was told its first come first serve but if I was there the night before and made it to my appointment wouldn't that make me first!!

We made a cash deal with them to buy this car. Filled out paperwork, the next day they were supposed to deliver the car, we called and they said oh sorry we sold that car to another dealership! What????

They knew we were 2 hours away and driving to see the car. The hard pulled my credit got me easily approved then 15 minutes before we get there they text saying someone else was coming to look at the car as well. You know the ending.... we get there the other people had just got there so they bought the car. The did try to sell us a similar model in a different color with 50K more miles on it. They then tried to educate us on first come first serve sales. We get it. Don't hard pull credit if you're gonna sell the car to someone else. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Abdul was great to deal with, although I didnt purchase a vehicle from them. I couldnt sell my truck before making the purchase, I would definitely use them in the future if/when the right vehicle comes around again.
