Juan Flores was amazing and was very professional. I really don’t like going to dealers but Juan made the experience easy and quick.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I drove over 4 hours only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle had already been sold. They offered me a good price on other vehicles. In reality, they were just trying to manipulate the price of a vehicle I was interested in, ultimately trying to sell it for a much higher price than the one they had initially offered. The salesperson was very friendly, but their supervisor or manager treated me as if I didn't understand numbers. It would have been better to simply say that the vehicle was no longer for sale, but even two hours before I arrived, they assured me that they still had it. These practices are very common to attract customers. MUY MALA EXPERIECIA. MANEJE MAS DE 4 HORAS SOLO PARA DECIRME AL LLEGAR QUE EL VEHICULO LO HABIAN VENDIDO. Me ofrecieron darme un buen precio en otros vehiculos . en realidad solo trataron de darle vueltas al precio de un vehiculo que me intereso para al final querer venderlo en un precio mucho mas alto al que lo ofrcian.. e

The internet sale manager after telling me the car was available They ran my credit 4 times hard inquiry, I had to call them and ask them what happened with my finance, I have 730 credit score Just for them to tell me that someone else bought the car, bunch of liers

Overall it was a good experience, but there are other improvements that could be made. 1. I was prepared to pay with a cashier's check but you guys ran my credit anyway causing a ding on my credit score. 2. You guys have no information on the type of window tint from the previous owner. This puts me in a bitter situation. Now I have to remove the unknown tint and put in a new tint. There is a chance that I'm removing the same tint that I'm reapplying. All this could be avoided if the dealership collected the tint information from the previous owner. 3. Anna the AI bot was giving me incorrect information. One time, Anna told me that the car is available at the lot and I could come for a test drive. Fortunately, I verified with Ed and it turns out that the car was not on the lot, it was still in the shop. If I didn't verify with Ed, I would have lost a hour commuting for nothing.

Texted a sales representative an hour before arriving to make sure a 2003 Lexus ES was still available and when I got there I was told it was sold. Horrible communication from the sales rep.

My contact, Kristine? was excellent and very courteous. I would recommend going to South Coast Toyota to purchase a vehicle. I may still in the market for a new Sienna

Attentive and informative staff.

Met with Nick the salesman. He was friendly and professional. The car was everything noted in the ad. The dealership and salesman were attentive to my questions. My plan was to return the next morning with wife to buy the car however it sold the night before we returned.
