Still talking to dealership but they are definitely interested in trying to sell a vehicle and lack a little followup when you ask deeper questions about the vehicles conditions. They get an A+ for trying to sell but a B for answering questions about what they are selling plus maybe could be better when you put them on the spot. I don’t blame them - that is typical for most dealerships. It is a tough job selling cars but one can make it easier by knowing the product they are selling. They are a dealership selling one of the most reliable brands while also trying to sell an off brand used vehicle that they don’t know as well. So Ok overall dealership so far based on my interactions. They are as good as most others or better in trying to help.

The person who contacted me was not there when I told him I would be and made no mention of not being there and that I would be working with someone else. The other guy I talked to did not seem to want to work with us. Our trade in is in my mother in laws name and they wouldn’t even consider looking at the trade in without her there when I am the one who manages it, her names just in the paper. I was contacted after by the original guy and he isn’t budging on anything. They clearly do not want to work with people on negotiations or anything else. Both guys were very unenthusiastic about a new customer potentially spending $60K…

We were informed the vehicle would be ready on a Wednesday after the inspection, before it was available on the lot for the public. The vehicle was sold on Monday to another buyer. The sales rep and manager were well aware my family was seriously interested, and we completed their documents and were willing to put a deposit as well as we were going to pay cash, yet the vehicle sold to another party earlier than when the vehicle was available. Also, they posted a higher price than what was advertised. I bet the people bought it at a higher price than me, too bad for them. I had the lower original price. Maybe that's why West Covina did not sell it to my family. So basically, they gave me the runaround. I'll make sure to share my experience with my associates.
