Springhill Toyota made it easy to buy the Highlander I wanted. Bryan and Ashley were wonderful to work with, very professional and responsive to my numerous questions and requests. I have never had such a good experience at a dealership before. Brad delivered my Highlander to me in a timely and courteous manner. I could not have asked for a better group of people to deal with. I highly recommend their dealership and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Very pleased with their services.

Never heard from them after call confirming availability

Worked with me on my trade in and helped me get to a price that I could do. Miguel was an awesome dude, so it was a good experience overall. Not on them since all dealers do it, but the additional fees and stuff should be posted to the sale price on the ad’s.

Left message with Derrick Collins voice mail. No return calls. Added bloat to final loan docs. Doc fee outrageous. Car had strong odor and data was preprogrammed with someone else's name. Do not recommend.
