Dealerships near me (Mobile, AL)

Everyone was available with everybit of information that i needed, helpful with reviewing the car. Staff that i dealt with were all great.

Dealership never let us know the vehicle we came in on had sold. Upon arrival they still acted like the vehicle was there and gave us the run around until finally trying to land us on other vehicles. A simple email or call to let us know would have been great. Our day was wasted.

Thank u 🙏🏾 I love GMC

I would have purchased the car I was looking at but found out it would not give me the towing capacity I need at this time.

Response an helpfulness was very good

My wife and I had a good experience with the purchase of the 2017 Silverado The sales staff and management were attentive and even helped me with a cup of coffee.

Teddy was prepared when we arrived.at BMW OF MOBILE. Introduction to X7 and test drive were flawless. Paper work and payment processing were handled professionally. Questions were answered and demonstrated. Three was even an open offer to call with questions since we are not Alabama residents. All in all a great buying experience - no surprises after making the deal over the phone.

Had a listing I went and looked at. Decided to make an offer and left waiting to hear back after weekend. Was told the vehicle sold by the salesman yet it's still listed to this day for sale. Sent a couple more inquiries only to be ignored. They could have simply said my offer was rejected instead of ghosting me.

The problem I have is. When I went in to look at truck there was an issue with it so I didn’t get to drive it. When I picked it up and drove it home the right front tire monitor went out. I asked the dealer if they would replace it and they said no. The sales manger told me the general manager said no because when they did their inspection on the truck it had worked. Because of this 200 part that they wouldn’t replace when they know they should replace it, I would not buy another car or recommend anyone buy a car from autonation in Alabama.
