I bought the truck. Salesman was super nice. Found out on the way home truck has transmission trouble. Did not contact them back. trying to get it to a GM dealer to get it fixed. Found out it was a problem with GM trucks in 2016. I would hope dealer did not know about this but I find it hard to believe they didn't know. Anyway, I love the truck and I will get it fixed.

Great experience. Brandon Campbell contacted me about the Toyota that I was interested ln and he work with me through the whole process. There where a few minor issues with the toyota that needed to be address they where correct to my satisfaction. Thanks again Brandon for all your help.

Made an offer of 41k out the door and the response was no not even a counter offer. Then I was told that I would be taken off the list of the salesman. But I am still getting emails.

Eastern Shore replied within a few hours. Made an appointment to go in to see a used Mini Cooper on their lot. While waiting for the salesperson (it was Labor Day and they were swamped) we started looking at the new cars on the show room floor. We really liked the new Corollas. Sales person gives us the keys to the Mini. Make our way across the lot to the Mini in question. Open up the door and although it had been cleaned, I (who has a sensitive/ acute sense of smell) could detect cigarette smoke. So the Mini was a 'no go' for us- did not even want to negotiate on prices. FYI- if this is not an issue for you, go and negotiate a great price for the car. It has been sitting for a very long time! We then asked our salesperson about the Corollas. We wanted a manual shift and there was only one on the lot. They did look online for us at other lots (we also checked on our phones for other manual shift Corollas- only one within 250 miles and it was white- I preferred the red one at Eastern Shore over the white one). They worked the numbers for us, over and over and with our 2014 Camaro trade in we got a great rate (Camaro was fun, just was not a day to day car for me. Its on their lot now and it is beautiful if you are interested. Dark metallic blue with leather and all the upgrades on the RS, convertible top). We left with the 2018 Corolla and are very happy with our experience!!

I've tried to purchase two vehicles with this dealership, and both times proved to be a HASSLE! I've never was able to seal a deal even though I was ready to sign because they always had an excuse about looking into some number. The last deal was my parish tax amount. "Give me five minutes" in their terms means "give us an hour or you'll have to call us". Never was I able to just talk with one individual, even two. I talked to a minimum of five people for one transaction. I hope others have better luck with this dealership. My experience surely deterred me from ever considering or referring them again.

i am active Duty Military, taking my day off away from family to see a truck i was told was on the lot. half way into my 1 1/2h trip i get a call that the truck was sold well before my drive there. They did not care to contact me 2 days before to tell me it was sold, or to take it off the internet. Unprofessional. will never deal with them again.

I should have never gone back to ES Toyota. I had experienced a very rude & pushy salesman about 3-4 years ago, so I swore then that I wouldn't go back. Well, I decided to give them another shot last week. What a waste of time. They stalk, delay, and waste your time trying to wear you down for a sale. They are MUCH higher in prices than other Toyota dealerships. It's all pressure, games, & tactics. After the dealer finally came down to my price, after a long debate; then the manager comes over and says she can't sell for the AGREED price I had with the salesman. She says she can't go any lover than $3,000 ABOVE what the dealer & I agreed upon! It's all lies, gimmicks, & bait-&-switch with this dealership. They tout there "lifetime warranty" as their reason for being so high, but this warranty is miles of fine print. Buyer beware! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Made appointment, drove an hour and the truck wasn't there. Still made a deal but they dropped the ball. Don't try to deal via email...you get the run around. You have to go in. They won't lower the price but gave me a lot for my trade in.

There was a misunderstanding with the factory warranty when they initially represented the car as still being under the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. The mileage was fine but the 3 years had lapsed. The dealership was very cooperative in working out an alternative. I purchased the vehicle and so far have been pleased with it and the overall experience was very good.

I purchased this car and a week later I attempted to use the rear window defrost and it did not work. After several attempts to get them to fix it they told me to take it to ford if ford would not fix it they would and charge me their cost! This is my 7th vehicle purchase and never have i received such poor customer service. Be aware, push every button and make sure it works before you leave the lot, or chose not to buy from them.
