Very sneaky dealership failed to inform yme the car was involved in an accident. Tried to sell me a car $10,000 dollars over Kelly blue book value. Stay away from this dealership.

Terrible Exp , The General Manager Rich, absolute had No Respect for their customers, sets wrong expectation and to get there after driving 3 hrs from another state and what he told me was "GET OUT OF MY STORE". I was offered 5K to 5.5K on phone after uploading and sharing the current condition of the car I wanted to trade, I was transparent in spite of that after taking the car there they were offering 1.5K for the car and I wanted and answer on how they assessed originally at 5.5K for that He was so rude and asked me to GET OUT of his STORE. SUCH guys should not be GM and must be Fired for disrespect to customers. NEVER EVER have any business transactions with such irresponsible guys. I would like to ESCALATE and get This OUT to whoever can take action against the GM who was very disrespectful.

Steve was very nice and knowledgeable and the staff were friendly and helpful in general.

Outstanding customer service. I was very happy with the overall experience. The staff responded quickly and maintained open communication via texts and calls, answering any questions and checking in regularly. They were also very polite and not at all pressuring.

Steve was great, liked the used ram. Shopped around and bought from a private sale. Great experience, would buy from gale with Steve. Followed up with us the next day after the test drive
