There was a young man named Yuchen who allowed me to test drive the vehicle with him. He was understanding & very nice easy to speak with. He took good care of me at Island Toyota & helped me with the loan application & told me upfront how much it will be per month & if I needed to put down anything for the car. I was a little uneasy but Yuchen comforted me & made this process easy & smooth for me. Great guy & his manager was also nice very chill to speak with. Tina was the one who reached out & if she hadn't I don't think I would have tried to get the car so I am thankful for her too. Overall I had a Comfortable experience while I was there. The salesman who was assigned was terrible. No transparency, he tried to get me into the dealership to strong-arm me into making a purchase. When I advised him that I live in eastern Long Island & would prefer to negotiate over the phone or txt I didn't get a response. It seems not to matter what occurs; dealership tactics, particularly at Toyota, will never change. "Caveat Emptor"
