It was a horrible experience looks like it was a scam i made an appointment with the dealership i got there they told me the car that I was going to test drive was just sold and they were trying to sell me another car but I left the dealership

I had a 1:00 appointment on 5-9-2026 to potentially purchase this particular car for my son and when my entire family and I arrived to purchase this auto the salesperson had already sold it early that morning. The thing that caught us off guard was the salesperson didn't have the decency to send a text or give us a call and say not to come, because they had sold the vehicle. We drove some distance to get there!

Staff was unresponsive for multiple day's only to find out the emails were being handled by there AI which was relaying message properly. Every other day i would receive a response asking is there any more information i need and i would respond. After several days of this happening with no answers to my questions i called and was informed Jose was handling my inquiry and isabella was there Ai but i never heard anything from Jose beyond initial greeting. Once all that confusion was rectified we come to the car price which as advertised was much higher than similar models. It is a business and i understand the model but they were significantly over priced. All things considered not worth the hassle.

Tried to make my deal over the phone and thru messaging. I live about an hour and 20 min away. Once I thought my deal was set on a price I told them I had to wait tell Saturday to pick up the car. The person I was dealing with made me feel neglected and unimportant during our interaction. I was told that if I made a deposit which I was more then happy to make, they would hold the car for me. I told them I was moving things around to show up on Friday instead of Saturday and I was happy to make the deposit to hold my vehicle. I was told they would send me a link thru email to make that deposit but I never received it. It took 4 hours later to receive a response from the person I was dealing with just to tell me sorry they sold my vehicle. I made a deal a day prior and they sold it to another. This was the worst experience I ever delt with in car shopping. Me as a customer, trusted my interaction with the sells person, I believed they were helping me, but I felt lied to and deceived.
