Dealerships near me (Glendale, CA)

I contact the dealer several times by phone and email. Initially their vehicles were being priced above MSRP. Later in November 2025 the dealership reduced their prices. I was looking for an EV9, Color Gray Wolf exterior and Brown only in the interior, GT- Line. One of the sales associates said there were some vehicles in transit that were scheduled to arrive in a couple of weeks. I made offers to various sales associates at the dealership. None of the offers were accepted. I found other dealers more competitive and sales associates that would accept or reject my offer.

Althigh car advertised on car guru when I first called was informed it in garage and try in a few days. Texted was coming in tge next week but vthem got there told still in garage and try calling on weekend or monday( I did say it wasn't urgent 4 me) so if not available to test drive. maybe delay putting ad til testable they were apologetic .looks like could be a great deal but my interest has waned.

Dealer didnt reply back and either pulled the listing or sold the car. Asked for a HV safety inspection to enable disabled features.

The sales person was really helpful

Quick and simple

They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.

This dealer sucks. I talk to the salesman made an appointment to come down on Saturday. Drove over an hour to get there. They didn’t even wanna budge a dime on the price. They pretty much told me this is the price take it or leave it see you have a good day. the next day they drop the price $3000 Avoid this dealership.

Asked many times to please send me the purchase price so I can move forward ! And they % refuse to send any price what so ever ! And said drive to our dealership and we can talk ! NOT ‼️‼️‼️ Zero transparency on price and WHT's the dealership ad ons ! Don't waste your time! If any dealership is unable to give you a purchase price! Stay away "RUN" not worth the waste of time "ZERO" ⭐️
