Toyota dealerships near me (Fort Atkinson, WI)

We had a 12:00 appointment on Saturday with Tabby. When we walked in a young man approached us and asked if he could help. I told him of our Appointment and he said he could help us. He didn’t know about our appointment but when I told him which vehicle we came to see, he said oh It’s out here. He pulled it up from the lot, and it was full of bird shit, and tree sap, and dirt. Not what I was Expecting to see considering we had a confirmed appointment that we drove 2 hours to see the vehicle. He never asked our names, never introduced himself, and never gave us a business card. When we sat down to talk money he was very rude talking about my trade in, saying I can 100 % guarantee you that your vehicle will go straight to auction. Not what a person wants to hear after taking excellent care of his vehicle for 15 years. Not a experience I would recommend to anyone.

Put in offer that was not accepted only to find the dealership dropped the price on the same vehicle to less than I offered only 2 days later. Never received a follow up to offer the vehicle at the new price. Seems like games were being played and never felt comfortable by the staff. I’ve purchased vehicles from this dealership previously but doubt I will give them my business in the future.

Test drove a used Toyota Tundra listed online at $43,700. First out-the-door quote they gave me was over $53,000. After pushing back, they dropped it to $46,000. I walked away. Three days later, they reduced the listed price by $1,900. I reached out again and asked for their best OTD, mentioning I was targeting around $44,000. They replied that I was “way off” and made no real counter. Just typical used-car games—inflated initial quotes, quiet price drops, and no effort to meet a reasonable offer. Ended up passing and shopping elsewhere, really bad experience.

The salesman Moe that I dealt with was very helpful. I came in for two different Honda fits that were for sale. Neither ended up being a good choice for me. We did test drive three other vehicles but the one I was interested in so quickly after I left.

They wasted 4 hours of my time and made us think the purchase had gone through and it hadn’t. When the finance guy finally came over he was very rude and unhelpful. I left in tears.

Excellent Customer Service with Nick Pfeffer, Sales and Leasing Rep. He was very knowledgeable about the KIA Cadenza. He listened and answered all my questions going out of his way to make it smooth. And that includes Serra's Finance department. Serra Toyota takes care of everything from license plates to washing and putting the floor mats in. No pressure. I will recommend Nick to friends who are looking for a car. Great service and very happy with my new car!

Even though the vehicle sold before, I could find out much about it( Apparently it sold within 24 hours of arrival at this dealership), I am very impressed that the follow through/follow up of the people at this dealership. Again, even though it wasn’t the high-end high dollar vehicle they still were very prompt, courteous, and professional, and getting back to me following the weekend. I will keep an eye on them for further vehicle purchases, and highly recommend the dealership.
